Booking policies
How booking, paying and cancelling works at Gutta Golf.
Cancelling
- Cancel at least 1 day before: 96% back.
- Closer to the start than that, bookings cannot be cancelled online.
Cancel from the link in your booking email or from My bookings. Card refunds take 5 to 10 business days to show. Hours paid from a package go back to the package.
Paying
- When you pick a time, it is held for you for 10 minutes while you pay. If you do not finish, it is released.
- Card payments are taken securely by Stripe on Gutta Golf's behalf. We never see your card number.
- Prices include the bay time and any extras you add, plus tax.
On the day
- Your time starts and ends as booked, so please arrive a few minutes early.
- If you cannot make it and do not cancel, the booking is not refunded.
